Wedding Party

In this speacial event, everyone want to show the most beautiful and unique view to all guests.

The thing that every couple prepare is the decoration of the wedding party. Beside the big decoration in a room, small decoration, such as flowers, decorated glass and others, is needed to make it more sweet.

Thanksgiving party

In this occasion, usually many people visit other family  or neighbour house. Sometimes someone inviting people who live around him to celebrate it together. Of course, to welcome other people, someone need to prapare some things, such as food, space and no less important the view or your room. They usually add some small decoration such as decorated glass, small display etc, to make a room nicer.

Crhistmas Party

This event is the event that need much of small decorations, such as crhistmas trees, lamps, and decorated glass of course. Becuase it happens in the end of the year and has a long holiday, usually the decoration is prepared long before and keeped long after it.

Easter Party

Easter party is a party that include colorfull eggs, many of them. Usually those eggs are placed in a basket after those are found by children. Same as other events, usually many people come to visit to each other home to celebrate it. In a dining room there will be small decorations where can be used to put some eggs on it such as decorated glass or bowl to make dining table more Easter.

 

Eid Occasion

This event is a time when all Moeslim people visit their familys and neighbours to tighten their fraternity. In this occasion, usually people will clean and decorate their house to make it tidier. They usually add some small decoration such as decorated glass, flowers and so on.

Things You Can Use to Decorated Your Glass

Do you want to make your glass is beautiful as you? You can just decorate it. You don’t know how to decorate it? You can check our article here to decorate your glass on your own. When you decorate your glass, you need something to ‘put/stick’ something on your glass, right? There are many things you can use to decorate your glass, as follows

1.             Glitter

You can use glitter to decorate your glass. You can put the glitter around bottom of your glass or in the body of your glass. Glitter makes your glass glossy and catchy.

2.             Beads

There are many shapes and colours of the beads you can use to decorate your glass. Just put the beads around the body of your glass. Voila, your glass now is beautiful as you.

3.             Ribbon

You can make a knot of the ribbon around your glass/jar. You can use simple knot in the usual ribbon or you can knot it with the imitation flower. Also, you can add something like beads or glitter to make your decorated glass more beautiful.

4.             Marker/Paint

Do you know that you can also use a marker to decorate your glass? Of course you can. Just make sure you use a permanent marker so it can’t fade if you wash the glass. You can draw/write anything you like in your glass. It is also the same if you use the paint or you can just dip the bottom of your glass to the paint. Make sure you dry your glass so you can get the beautiful colour!

Well, it looks normal when we decorate our window with curtain only, but, what if we decorate it with something else? Here are some ideas you can use:

1. Use lamps or decorative things to decorate your window. You can hang some lamps or decorative things to make your window looks prettier.

3. Use some mini plants, place it on the window and your window will become less boring to stare at.

5. Use some paper to decorate your window, or you can paint your window with some animal like or plant like shapes, any random shapes as your liking also will help to make your window looks less boring.

The History of Glass

Hello everyone, meet us again in glassious glass

In this time, We would like to tell you about the history of glass.

We think that it’s sooo cool J

Well, let’s check it out...

At the beginning, glass was naturally formed when the Earth existed. It was a result of rock trickles  which was ossified in a high pressure. A study said that human from earlier age already used it as tools such as a knife and a pan.

At 23-79 BC, a historian from Roman said that glasses was found in an area which is now called Suriah. He said that the people that time used glasses to cook foods.

Many sites stated that many areas in Europe was found glassess materials in 7 BC to 8 BC. This finding was believed as a sign of developong of glasses production in Europe.

How to Keep Your Decorated Glass

Do you find difficulties to keep your decorated glass? If you don’t know what you should do to keep your decorated glass just follows the steps below,

1. Keep your decorated glass in the kitchen set or in the clean place like cupboard. It is done to avoid the dirt and the dust stick in your beautiful glass.

2. If you find dirt or dust in your decorated glass, just wipe it gently with clean cloth or rag. Remember, wipe it gently. Don’t wipe it like you wipe your floor. You should wipe it like you wipe your bf/gf tears. 

3. Make sure you don’t break the decoration of the glass. For example: if your glass is decorated by a thousand of sprinkle like in this picture below. You should wipe it extra gently.

4. It is okay if you wash your decorated glass using the liquid soap to make your decorated glass cleaner. However, you should not directly wash it. Just pour a bit of the liquid soap in the clean cloth/rag. Then slightly wet it. Just wash the inside the bottom of the glass. Remember, wash it carefully and don’t forget to rinse it with wet clean cloth/rag.

5. After you wash your glass, make sure you dry it with clean and dry cloth/rag. It is done to avoid the bubble bubble (stain) like this picture below. It is also done to avoid the mold growing in your decorated glass.

6. If you want to use your decorated glass in your special event. For example, in the candle light dinner (at home not in the classy restaurant) with your beloved family/one or other special events. Make sure you clean it after you use it. This step is also applied in the simple plain glass.

How to Decorate a Glass Bottle

Sometimes we don’t know what to do with glass bottles which are not used anymore in our house. Most of time we just dispose it away, but it’s a waste! We still can use those bottles to decorate our house as a vase or just a decorative things to make our house looks even prettier. And we can make those bottles looks more beautiful to decorate our house!

Here are some steps to decorate your glass bottle:

1. Start by cleaning the bottle! Wash it with soap and water then dry it. We can’t draw or paint on a wet surface.
2. Sketch your pattern for the glass in a piece of paper.
3. Put the paper inside the glass. So, we can trace the pattern to make us easier to draw the pattern without hesitation. If you feel more comfortable to immediately draw the pattern on the glass’ surface then we won’t need the sketch on the paper.
4. Now, we can start drawing or painting the glass bottle! We can use a permanent marker, acrylic paint, or any media which can’t get washed easily with water. We can also stick some beads or other little pretty things, we can also stick some scraps of fabric or some dried plants. Use a kind of glue which is compatible with glass, silicon glue or UHU may work.
5. After paint the glass or stick the decoration on the glass bottle, all we need to do is waiting for the painting to dry. Don’t forget to take out the sketch inside the bottle, and voila~ your glass bottle is become more pretty to decorate your house!

We can also decorates jar, wine glass, plates, cups, mirror, or any utensils made of glass. Decorated glass will definitely makes your house looks more beautiful! Have a try! Good luck!

Glass, mug and the other kitchen utensils which is made by glass is fragile. In addition, the glass is also grown easily by the mold. It will make your glass dirty so it is not pleasant to see and use it. However, this time we will tell you the simplest way to keep your glass, as follows.

1. Wash your glass to swipe away the dirt or dust around your glass.
2. Boil your glass in one hour. Then, let it cool by the normal temperature. We should do this   way in order to avoid your glass easily to break if you want to pour something hot in it.

4. If you want to use your glass to drink a coffee, tea, or something except the water. Make sure you clean it as soon as possible after you use it. If you make a tea or coffee, do not forget to throw the lees. The long time the lees in your glass will make a difficult to handle dirt on your glass. So wash your glass as soon as after you use it!
